Apple is expected to introduce a 'cheaper' iPhone at the end of March.
According to a Bloomberg report, Apple wants to launch the iPhone SE 2 (or iPhone 9) in March, despite the supply of sugar being affected by the new novel Corona virus.
Apple said in a statement on February 17 that it was unable to meet its revenue targets for the January-March quarter due to declining demand and supply difficulties in China as a result of the Corona virus.
According to the company, iPhone manufacturing centers have reopened but production is slower than expected.
But the new report says the company has not yet backed down from offering a 400 iPhone.
The new phone will be an updated version of the 2016 iPhone SE with a much better design and features.
This cheap iPhone will have a 4.7 inch screen while its design may be similar to iPhone 8 but it will have the processor given in iPhone 11.
This phone will have most of the features of the 2019 iPhones, while the cheap LCD display will be used to keep the price low.
Like the iPhone 8, it will have a 12-megapixel single camera on the back and a single camera on the front.
In addition, with 3 GB RAM, 64 to 128 GB storage options will be provided.
As mentioned above, this phone is likely to be introduced in March because for the last few years, Apple has been holding an event in March every year in which various announcements are made.
Apple TV Plus and Apple Card were introduced last year, a cheaper iPad in 2018 and iPhone SE in 2016.
