BSNL launches Rs 94 and Rs 95 prepaid plans: Here's how they differ

State-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched two new prepaid plans under Rs 100. Called “Advance Per minute Rs 94” and “Advance Per second Rs 95,” these plans are effective since July 6 in almost all circles for the telecom operator.
