Google Messages may soon get this iMessage feature

Over the years, Google has introduced some interesting features in its default messaging app -- Google Messages. Same as the Apple iMessage, the Messages app layers the age-old SMS protocol under a new internet-based platform called RCS (Rich Communication Services).
