Live stream recording, read receipts in groups and other features coming to Telegram

WhatsApp rival Telegram has announced a new update for its users. The update brings features like themes for individual chats, interactive emojis with fullscreen effects, read receipts in groups and the ability to record video and audio from live broadcasts.
