LG working on new technology that can start a car using gestures and facial recognition: How does it work?

This technology will help car owners to start their vehicles to reduce the importance of car keys and use just the facial biometrics ignition solution. In 2019, LG filed a patent for its "biometric authentication method and device using multiple cameras in a car" and now that patent has been published.
